Products are excellent. Product manager is too supportive and knowledgeable. We can reach to MD sir any time. Doctors support .

Dislikes

Managers are very unprofessional unsupportive. Initially salary receive on time drastically it's delayed.

I joined galenus when it starts its journey on 1 July ,2017 , MD sir given me the chance , nobody willing to take me as sales person but he has given me the chance I learnt a lot about sales in launching company it's build my confidence and communicating skills , products are unique compared to other products available in market

Dislikes

First line manager is not good , no knowledge and skill , I got depressed just because of him and left the job 😭😭😭

MD sir is wonderful however front line managers are not upto the mark.produts range good and well accepted.learn so many think,mainly in this professional era how to make interpersonal relation with customers.It was my first company ,product manager is too supportive . Wishing all the best.

In a short span ofvtime company create a tremendous footprints in dermatolgy.Products excellent. Dermatologists highly accepcected. MD sirvis too cordial and supportive. Frontvline managers are not upto the mark. Learnt so many things. Salary delayed but when required MD sir tried to support.Belive this company will rise again.

Though it's like a new born baby, so it's need to much more taking care, some time we thought that my child has grown up now, so we do not concern on the child as much as earlier it's get. So job security of an employee will secure when the organisation will secure right... Work culture is average, as because it's a small company, it can not maintain all office protocol. Management should have to more efficient and effective. Company policy must be developed. Over all good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is little bit transparent.Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus few years.....Read More

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but did not get in time, career growth is slow.
