Before corona effect engulfing the dermatology market rapidly . Product manager was too good Mr.Arijit MD having a strong knowledge and grip in derma market. Being a fresher they not only give me opportunity but also nourished me very well thus I am working in a reputed organization now .

Salary was delayed after corona. Middle line management not working properly and very poor qualites .They didn't treat new people in a proper way .

Since working from the first day I have experienced ups and downs.MD sir is so creative and supportive still I am not getting superior like him.He always feel the field oriented issues those others managers are not feel.I have enjoyed avlotvand learn in my three years assosiation.Pray god this company will boom again.all the best.

I left this organization not because of salary hike I am getting from my present organization but because of my immidiate suppriors behaviour and nonsupported ill attitude.

MD sir is wonderful however front line managers are not upto the mark.produts range good and well accepted.learn so many think,mainly in this professional era how to make interpersonal relation with customers.It was my first company ,product manager is too supportive . Wishing all the best.
