There is no work life balance, no innovation, high risk on job security at managerial level, upper management is not much capable, lot of politics, no value of work, pathetic work environment.

Nothing to be liked about all are jokers pulling each others leg and doing nothing to grow the company … growth is automatically coming due to doctors

High politics … some people have started thinking that they are god …. Pathetic HR , To be frank can’t describe everything in this box

Too much Politics. RSMs are good for nothing. Only job is to Buttering HO people and torturing the Subordinates. HO Thinks Sales force as Labor. Very Poor HR policy. People loose job if they escalate any incident to higher level. Not at all safe for Females. Buy the tag of Good place to work Tag every year.

Good company.everbody gives you respect as employee of galderma.

Dislikes

All products of galderma are expensive, all product range belong to metrocity. I face problem to convince to customers to buy product. N company doesn't listen any excuses company only want growth.

Increment not good for existing employees. . We don't want to leave this company but looking at thier increament every year if we don't change then we are fools.
