Overall a good company, timely salary. Management gives you full resources to get work done if you are talented and well verses in workplace politics you can reach higher position in no time.

Dislikes

Living standards of company camp are same for labour, operator and engineer i.e very poor. Most people live outside camp on their on expense. Food is the worst of worse, steel tiffins sometimes came open in dust and company doesn't think where you'll eat on site, most of times we ate on site in all dust and sun with animals like animals sometimes feels like what's the point of doing Engineering, whereas the upper management people ate in office mess in a very posh manner. We always complained but nobody did anything. Transportation from room to site, site to room is tough. According to company you are supposed to go in bus with labour, helpers and operators. Cars will only be provided if you are good with your sahab. Most of seniors behave like non technicals. They know how to do correct work which usually takes times, but to save time they'll tell you "dhak to khatam karo" , and if someone from client comes the whole mistake will be only yours senior will turn his back. They don't between a supervisor, surveyor, engineer, many times you as an engineer have to open trucks from back for dumping, count number of trips. Behavior of HR is very I'll. They'll just shoo you. No holiday you have to work 365 days. On asking a day off on dusherra my senior said" Ram-Raavan sab ek hai".

1. No job security. 2. They hire staff from good company & ruin the carrier, by send them on long leave which is never ending. 3. Any time company can fire you, because they have chamcha on site, if your relationship with that chamcha is not good than your job will be in danger, that chamcha can be a driver, cook, store helper, office boy or any other generally not technical person. 4. During rainy season 80% staff they send on leave. 5. So if your are in good company don't join GR Infraprojects Ltd. 6. Road ka kaam krti hai, road chaap jaisa management bhi hai, over no humanity, no moral values.

Timely salary and seniors behavior. SAP system and SOP for run the business. Supporting staff and Management.

Dislikes

No incentive and Bonus. Delay in Annual appraisals. No entertainment for site staff. But all over company is Good for us.

Too much politics, promotion dependent on buttering,and favouriteism, company management and co HR try to improve site employee facility but site HR worst , thay only trited only some staff like manage and above.
