Overall my personal experience with the company is so good, company is trying to do so much for the employees, staff and workers. Company believes in giving everybody a platform for learning and growth. Focused on goals, employee well being.

No Job satisfaction, Worst HR policies towards Employees they always make policies for the Harrasment. Very Bad working Culture ,There is no working timing there, Avoid such place to choose for working otherwise it makes your personal Life hell.

G K Winding is a place where a fresher can polish his/her career and learn how to work in adverse situation & under pressure. At G K Winding, the management is very supportive for all levels of officers either he/she manager or a worker.

As we know that pros and cons exist at everywhere, at G K Winding, I feel that there is no relaxation for urgent work even the employee is suffering from severe disease.
