There is good learning opportunity as there's a good tech stack and smaller teams, so there are diverse learning options.

...culture. Delivery is more important here than Quality. The code quality is bad. Also the review and appraisal process is unjust, compensation is not upto market standards.

1. Toxic work culture. 2. Poor management. 3. Micromanagement. 4. False claim at the time of joining. 5. They will put you in PIP for missing any deadline. So you have to work day and night and weekends. You will hardly get time to breathe and still be on PIP. 6. They don't care about the employees

Only favouritism is there if you are close to Head of Engineering or Co-Founder then you can survive there else they will torcher you like hell.

...int they change their policies like changing the pamper of 3 months old baby. 7. Retention bonus is the policy that they will give after deducting the tax but when you will leave the fynd you have return that amount with tax.
