During the activity, finding system within the organisation & installing or re installing the standard applications used by company. Now matter how much u know there is always a lot to learn unless you have the habit of do & learn, that is what i learned in Future Focus. Co-workers are always like a family. Giving resolution with in the time frame. When you give the resolution with in the time frame

...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. FFI was my career manager and my deputed client location was TCS. Poor management. They delay in crediting salary. They dont pick calls. Jayakumar and Sharmila often avoid my calls if i ask them about salary.

Good company for freshers to start their career with future..salary credited on time in our bank account,so.no salary issue at all.
