Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.

No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

Initial compensation is as per market standards. Shift allowance.

Dislikes

Management is biased towards regional employees. Appraisals are too low i.e 2% or 3%. I got all set of verbal appreciations throughout year but nothing on actual front. Environment is not competitive but rather toxic. Everyday extension of working hours even after timely completion of work. For few months, manager won't process shift allowance for no reason.

Good learning if you get project.

Dislikes

.... Alot people are on bench. As a fresher you have to wait too long for project. With promotion your workload will increase but not your salary.

... you're fresher you will thrown in to support project inspit your good skills. Salary Hikes are not that great.

Salary they offer is good. Leaving behind work life balance, there is a lot of learning opportunities for fresher.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance for me but totally depends upon the project . Bench policy is not good. You will be at high risk if you are in bench.
