There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address ore issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

It's been 5 years since I joined future consumer and work culture is great. In addition to that we get one month's basic pay as yearly bonus. I got complete family medical insurance. Sap training also provided for career growth.

Senior always give pressure even if they know the situation of an employee.Even after requesting senior they bother. They are tourching employee & by which the employee resign. Politics always going on by seniors & teammates also. Management is ridiculous on this matter.

Good working environment, flexible working hours, company adopt latest technology. One Good thing is salary never get delay.

Dislikes

Politics is at highest level in the vikhroli and vashi office. At head office vikhroli manager forcing people including women also to sit late night for work. Even after employee informed in advance not possible for late sitting. Manager not consider that employee is spending 5 to 6 hour in traveling. still this things happens. Some ladies spent whole night in the office. Due to this you can't balance personal and professional life and this will badly affect on your health as well. Increment and appraisal depend on senior mood and the politics at that time. Teammates not giving proper training & not ready to give opportunity to other. In case they are ready to give training, they will starts at evening or weekly off days. Due to politics no job security & growth. Work pressure is very high.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.
