The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I'm working since 2015 and I feel so proud to have such a good sinors my business head my city head, supervisors all my team mates we are like family and my boss is always supporting us in hard time such a great experience in future consumers

It's nothing to dislike in any company if we work hard then will get all the things which we need like increments & promotion

Its pleasure to work in a future consumer with supportive management, production,Quality team. I have learned a lot along with my best team to give a best result. Work environment is too good without any pressure. I have not found any politics inside the company throughout my period. I'm little bit disappointed of appraisal because i didnt get what i expected for my performance

Im working as a QA Sr.Associate. taking care of Raw materials inward quality analysis of food products like staples,spices,flours,rice varieties. Taking care of Finished goods Quality analysis etc
