...ion. They have very bad internal politics which impact on the employee's career. One of the major concern is, there is no fix time for salary credit.

Few seniors are great, they put you in an environment where you learn how to first understand problem and it's requirement to solve, and they let you think about that and figure out a way of solving and also they tell you the best way of doing that if any. it's okay to join you have no choice and fresher and just want to learn.

Dislikes

No appreciation of what you do. how much you've improved and the potential you have. No appreciation of your efforts and your performance. They do not value their employee indeed. No recognition, No career growth and advancement No opportunity for resource access , and support for continuous learning and skill development No professionalism at all, and if you're not a sycophant and focus on work, you'll learn the best, no doubt but you'll not feel valued and appreciated. And that's become the problem of your growth in the company.

A Company which took the initiative of giving WFH to all its employees during the COVID pandemic, where on the otherhand all the other companies were debating on the same. People have a tendency to say anything and everything for the Employer but they forget to check their own selves. I don't think you can blame someone for the things you yourself invitied firsthand. I am about to complete my 2nd year working in this company and never have I ever felt like discriminative or partial environment. A good company is made and recognized by their employees and in return the Employees are provided with a Luxury of Good Salary, Adaptive environment, flexible timings and what not. So when you raise a finger to the Company you once used to work for I think you are only putting a BIG ❓ on your Integrity, Commitment and Loyalty too. This whole review is not because I am working here. This is totally a unbiased review from 1 hardworking employee doing his part to get his company achieve new heights. Cheers to Fullestop 🤟🏻

Poor management, no career growth, worst HR policy(bond for 1 year or more then that, after increment again a new bond) , lots of politics, high workload, salary never on time, no job security. Lack of diversity and inclusivity. Worst experience ever!!!
