Very worst company. Working time morning 6 am to night 10 pm. Always manager take con call for every 1 hour. The employees treat like a in this company. Sunday no leave, Field employees has don't take leave at any situation.

...ompanies . There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Salary, incentive and medical police is really good.

Company never take educated people . This company provides 10,12 pass people job. For taking leave we have facing so have problems even this company make holiday as working. This company did provide work from home facility. Favoritism is here that why knowledge and experience people never grown in this company.

Systems are not working properly, data is not aligned, promotion basis contact with department heads rather than work performance, fake urgency is created all the time, they don't follow RBI guidelines, Digital Lending Sales and Product is one of worst department to work with

I worked as a tele calling officer. I like the salary and benefits. But I didn't receive them because of I'm a tele calling officer l.

Internal politics. Senior officers are very rude to freshers. Very less opportunities to promotions. Unsecured for women.

One thing is better that salary will credit on last day of month and everythings are bad for every staff. Work load is too high that a person can suiside.

Overall score not good. Company culture इस very bad. 16hrs work in everyday since morning late night 11:30 PM. No leave and no bonus. Work load is too high that a person can suside by stress/pressure. All day working
