Here seniors force you to pay gps amount from your salary and if you not they threaten for police case. Very worst company ever seen.and force you to sell gps by paying from your pocket. Even TL and AGM force to sell gps by making it live and pay from pocket.

The top level management is worst. They use to make changes every month They don't know about there long term goal The major problem is about top management and this need to be improved giving higher salaries to them but they have lack of knowledge. Majorly Indian companies are use to copy american culture but atleast copy them with good ideas. The management only wants high salary. they use to higher people from Indiamart but they don't know Indiamart is service based company and wheelseye is service + product based. if you try to share your ideas this will be worst thing. every company needs profit but the way they are going they will not go so far. For example shuttle this is enough for today

Upper management lacks a longterm vision. The upper management is quite egoistic. Huge internal politics across all the teams. Its always new joinee vs the old ones. Metrics gets altered very frequently. The bandwidth is very limited across all the verticals. For design, analytics and tech tasks execution.
