This is a brand and reputed company and given the salary on time.

Dislikes

This is a credit oriented company and always blindly believe the credit dept, but no value for business dept. All faults including monetary fraud also not consider if it happens due to credit dept. Except 1st Saturday and Sunday business team will work on every Sunday but no work for other dept. But incentive given same to same to all dept.

Company always release the salary on time even after not bothering about the Covid -19 situation.

Dislikes

In the last financial year i am worked for 357 days but on last 8 days covid was happen and for that 8 days company stop the salary increment. Also here the working culture is very bad. We face partiality with department and designation wise. Here there is no job security.

...re here. Training needs to improve at the middle and starting management levels. Work with people who are amongst the most skilled in the industry and compensation is good too. Workspace is nice.

Dislikes

Internal politics is rife. Appraisals could be biased and unjustified. There's a lot of power of the senior management with regards to hike, ratings and bonuses - even your reporting manager could be helpless in front of the top honchos. Personal relations and assumptions could undermine your efforts, and reputation. Bullying seems to be a part of most team's work culture here.

Salary and compensation provided better at entry level but still less in comparison to work demand

Systems are not working properly, data is not aligned, promotion basis contact with department heads rather than work performance, fake urgency is created all the time, they don't follow RBI guidelines, Digital Lending Sales and Product is one of worst department to work with

I worked as a tele calling officer. I like the salary and benefits. But I didn't receive them because of I'm a tele calling officer l.

Dislikes

Internal politics. Senior officers are very rude to freshers. Very less opportunities to promotions. Unsecured for women.
