There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is below decent & career growth is slow. Even during lockdown we worked from home using our personal computer and internet they didn't even give compensation instead reduced our appraisal bonus as 60% and increment as only 6%

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Credit Team of PL dept in Fullerton Branch Chd is pathetic in terms of co - operation especially the teammates who are jealous to the new hired people and the supervisor is so pathetic who starts threatening to resign only after a weeks period.
