Internal online portal for self learners is good. Package is not that bad its okay and you receive average package. Its yournluck ifnyou get good project with relavant skills actually you are looking.

Dislikes

...need to wake up by 2:30 am or 3:00 Am. Another worst think is no free transport. They d3duct huge bucks from your salary and depends on your home is how far from the office. No relevant project. You will not get project that technology you are willing to work. If its Your luck is good you will otherwise you deployed to irrelavant technology whichnis totally different from your skills. Everything is calculated under your CTC (phone bill, internet bill, health insurance, transport cost etc.,) not even single penny you receive other than CTC.

It still has the original fujitsu culture left somewhat. Though quickly dwindling.

Dislikes

...dra. No wonder that they are moving toward firing employee at the drop of hat. The once reliable and "good to work for" company is now going the path of quick money and insane cost-cutting methodology.

The work culture is good. We get lot new technologies to learn. The hybrid shift and project wise and their work hours pay out is great.

Dislikes

The salary was low, but also the work load was less depending upon the project.

Company's package structure is excellent, in hand salary is better than most companies for similar CTC of other companies.

Dislikes

Experience at Fujitsu depends on the project you get into. Could be make or break. Did not like their work culture

1. For learning and development, they would conduct some training sessions and give learning platforms like udemy and linkedin learning. 2. Got a friendly employee manager and able to complete some certifications. 3. Friendly colleagues. There are some good project and SDM available in this organization but what I received is in dislikes

...test update of technology in same technology which I was expert 2 years back. 8. Salary hike will be like high salaried employees will get low percentage and low salaried with some better percentage. 9. 90 days notice period. On the whole, its all based on my and most of my colleagues experience and some might have got better experience.
