Long working hours. Mediocre middle management. Not appreciative of employees' time and efforts. Intense micromanagement at times, depending on the expert.

The toxic culture created by the Strategic communications India leader and the some of his sr directors within the team. The attrition rate is very high but surprisngly the global leaders have always overlooked this ‘culture’ . While the HR is aware, its all ok, because the business is flowing in and that is more important

The company culture is amazing. The global and India team work tirelessly to offer employees security and health benefits, which is especially important amidst the pandemic.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is an issue. Since it is a boutique firm with fewer employees, work pressure can be significant throughout the year. 2. Teams are small so if you are at a junior-managerial level you will not get much opportunity to manage teams.

my teammates are very good members and good relationship.well tranning,job security as 24 hours safety surround,and this company joining before my mind is very blind when join me this company is good learn if all career ,very statifyed salary,travel to drive to bike,,not politic inthis company,learning to all practical experience, all environment is good,
