The company is open to innovation and creativity.I like the culture of the company and every problem is systematically handled in the company.The people in company are very much positive for freshers.Induction programme of fresher is quite good.

I was working in project, maintenance,quality , purchase department.I am quite good in mechanical design.Hence,I am looking for more responsibilities in the design than responsibilities in other departments.
