Not a good company and team members are not supportive Our feedback is not heard Old employees are preferred New employees are not treated well Managers are biased towards old employees No support from team members. If you ask question in a group you would be made to feel that you are not worth. Team members old emoloyees will project in such a way that you cannot work on your own without their support. By that way they gain their credits by putting us down. Your work is not appreciated they tell it is normal work But when you do a mistake it is magnified Less recognition Recent layoffs is worst. Why did they hire so many people and then fire stating redundant roles. If it's redudant they should not have hired people in the first place. Management does not plan well which made people lose their jobs.

Dislikes

Conserved Teams and Team Members. Lake of KTs or Unstructured knowledge transfer. Lack of confidence in new people. They are focused on a few Key and old people. Context switching is very high.

Its a great product based company. You can get exposure to lot kf different tech stacks and you'll feel responsible for the tasks that ur working on. Great learning experience.

Dislikes

...u have a good bonding with your manager and how willing is he to fight for it. Salary is somewhat low compared to market standards.

People in freshworks is the reason most people stay back for other than the salary aspect.

Dislikes

The Freshworks "Kudumba" culture is slowly being demised to make way for American capitalism & usual MNC politics. Some of the people on the top have no clue of the reality & just want to keep firing in India & hiring in US in the name of efficiency.
