Salary could be more competitive Previously, Fractal's stringent 2% hiring standard makes it a challenging and prestigious destination for top-tier talent. I realized that this has been compromised in recent years which is making Fractal an ordinary organization, which is concerning

-Good colleagues but all good ones with whom I worked, they left. -Flexible timing -Good learning - work quality is okay, becomes repeatable after sometime.
