Definitely Fosroc is a good organization for me but do not judge the employees KPI, performance.

Dislikes

Company management was not judge the employee potentialities & not provided the proper compensation. During my regine nobody will discuss, why am i regine the business.

The best thing about Fosroc is you get the exposure of all the 8 product segments in construction chemical industry. There is no limit on achieving what you wish to. Work environment is great.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
