Even my tem were new to the company, fco extended their support during the lockdown by paying us full salary nd not discontinuing the contract. I hope they call their temporary staff back as I love to work for the company.

Good working environment and staff is co-operative and helpful. Appraisals done by supervisor/manager are fair.

Dislikes

There is less career growth and salary offered is average as compared to the work load being done. There is no job security as bond is either for less than a year or for 2 years.
