Job security is good; work culture is good and management and company policies are excellent. Saturdays and Sunday are off days one could spent time with the family; they even set up time for sports, each one gets a chance to participate in the sports day/month in the sport they like to play. Last but not the least away days are awesome and if they are calling you in on a Saturday or a Sunday a good amount of overtime is given. They do not even forget to mention it in your appraisal. The Security or the Nepali Seargents are polite, vigilant, and honest. Our favourite samosas are a regular order from just anybody in the staff, lunch too is ample in quantity and reasonable, both variety and simply delicious. Last but not the least again to chill of there's a swimming pool. Indian and the Green Parrot canteen one could enjoy delicacies. Not to forget there is a medical centre, lawn tennis n squash court not to forget there is a set up of a local as well as a Gora(UK) Gym too where a Indian staff can join. If you like to jog theres a big enough field in the BHC (Mogul Green) else one could go to Nehru Park park which is a 5 minutes walk away from BHC. I would like to mention the TL's got to spot out or bring out the staff members into notice to their seniors(UK based as well as locally engaged not forgetting the others around too) with an honest report with evidence of their work and commitment offcourse with proof of their attendance and willingness to be present at short notice. I am working from home since COVID situation has taken place. My management has never asked me to visit office for any job, no matter how critical the job was. Mental health sessions were also very useful. I can say that my employer is very sensitive towards its employees. The only thing i didnt like is broadband reimbursement policy which says if i already had a broadband than i can not make reimbursement. However, i use my personal wifi for 8- 9 hours per day. The Saturdays and Sundays off plus double the overtime hourly basis if working on an off day. UK based staff is approachable senior staff are good listeners and would also discuss your views to other UK based staff and also with the locally engaged staff. Canteen is good reasonable lunch rates last but not the least the security gaurds or sergeants are ten out of ten.

Selection of Team Leaders have to be more seriously taken, the selected got to be no doubt polite, humble, patient but not forgetting to mention on the daily log book as to why? Team leaders must continue to be observant and noticing how long a team member takes time to eat lunch, how much time he or she takes in the washrooms or when coming to office, his/her eagerness to complete the bench mark given, a encourager is required not someone who teases, a kind helpful cheerful pusher yet being also a example. Respect be it a sergeant or a MSG worker or even a gardener if shown rare would spill out bitterness. Try spreading a smile and if not a thumbs up atleast. Even my tem were new to the company, fco extended their support during the lockdown by paying us full salary nd not discontinuing the contract. I hope they call their temporary staff back as I love to work for the company.
