Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Most of the times the work given to us is not relevant to our knowledge and not so fruitful for the employee point of view Top level management is not so good in the recent years

Recently becomes more toxic as senior managers are not well respected and no opportunity for them to move lateral or promotion too .. non technical people in technical roles are really surviving there ..top management biased with set of people..

The company's work culture is really good. You are recognised for your work through appraisal and promotion.

Salary offered is according to the work allocated. Not able to maintain a good work life balance

Ford is the name that gives a pride to employees.very good organization with wonderful employees culture and salary was above with campare to other OEM. Really missing ford.

They are failed to judge the Indian customer mind. So they are now out of the race.

... shore & they would like made Chennai GTBC office as Global business solution. They jobs role not much clear & interms of compensation, career growth, opportunity is very very poor.
