Ford is a very good company for a beginner and this company has job security

Dislikes

You have to be strong enough to tackle office politics. Especially India process is the worst. I dropped my papers after I was put up in India process because my supervisor is such an irritating person.

1) Company has focused its India operations ONLY in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. 2) No geographical diversity. Too many south indians with no room for creative thinking. 3) Tamilians discriminating north Indians and only using tamil language in official meetings 4) Growth is veryyyyyyyy slow. 5) Less than industry pay structure.
