1) They have tie up with TCS, so got a chance to work there 2) After from this nothing is good

1) For every month salary essentially you have to write mail after that they will give you 2) not proper communication with vendor company . 3) zero percent hike after 1 year 4) Once your primary company roll back they will also realise you 5)so, no security of job

Pros : 1. Leaves

Dislikes

... good compensation policy in this covid situation, Appraisals or bench policy. 2- In initial days salary got credited on time but after 2 months it got delayed. If you will contact HR for same they will not revert your emails or pick up phones. 3- You have to maintain a good relation with your client side manager else if you get kicked out there is no bench policy. You have to search project on your own and there is no compensation in between.

Nothing to like.

Dislikes

Least concerned about your work. No appraisals. No hike. Would not allow to take leaves even though you have planned and Will deduct salary even if you apply leaves (leaves credited are only for showcase). No HR will help you in any of your queries. Client can anytime remove you and then foray software will not pay you salary also. Salary not credited on time. Connecting to HR is a mess. No one will pick your call or reply to emails. They will not work on assigning other projects and put you hanging. After few months, they will send you relieving letter with backdated end date ( when your contract finished with client ). HR system worse than worst.
