Late salary, No job security, Misbehavior to employees from Management. Use of abusing language to employee. Only contract job for 20-30 years. 80% employees are left this organization in last 6 months. Bad HR policies.

...pt. of FDDI, some good some bad. After devoting my valuable 6 years to this org. I am still getting handful of salary. They have so much good opportunities in the pipeline but they really do not know how to utilize those. They are heading VISION-LESS (long term goals) ! NO GROWTH HERE NO INCREMENT NO INCENTIVES NO WORK RECOGNITION NO APPRECIATION. So join at your own risk !
