The company's work culture is really awesome. It provides timely training and development sessions as per the requirements. There is no target-based work. It also provides WFH opportunities when needed.

There is nothing as such which I dislike about Focus Edumatics. Coming to the salary part, it will increase based on the years we are serving here and the promotions we receive.

... you check your performance there will be nothing effective like what they says. They just keep reasons for your termination and they won't pay your salary on time. There is more things to say as dislikes but I am just adding 10% of dislikes. Moreover than this its your wish to join here.

Focus helps me to gain knowledge and help me to balance my life as a fresher I earned good pay from this company I hope I will continue here for more and try to get higher posting.

Only thing is night shift it cause healthy issues and same time it was a teaching field so the person who growth his career in IT in future will not help even if you work here for more than a year.

Last month they terminated more than 1000 employees without any proper reason. Major issue salary- they already terminated more employees atleast they can provide some more salary for current employees. They played with all the employees. They said 'we were going to give huge appraisal because of that only some employees got terminated so that you can expect more salary'. But they provided 1000 as a appraisal. 😂. Such a huge fraud company. Employees won't get more than 1500 as a appraisal. So don't join this company. Even if you work hard there will be only 100 or 200 salary difference between 3 years employee and a fresher. There is no career growth.

You can get salary 18k to 21k for tutoring. But you should work double. At a time you will be taking two sessions with two different topics, grades and students. Even your network connection was stable, can't able to work with the portal provided by them. There is more technical issues. Finally, these are reasons to receive terminate mails. If you work hard you will not gain anything, work smart to get profit. Learn how to relax yourself from all rules without doing your work.

You can't get fixed time to work. For few months you will be working on 5 30 pm to 2 30 am shift. Suddenly you will be changed to 11 30pm to 8 30 am shift. It's completely night shifts. During peak slots you can't move for a break. You should be keep eye on your screen for more than 8 hrs. Even though your performance was good they will terminate you for any reasons. Never expect increment, hike and promotion too. Tutors who are expecting promotion for Team lead they too got only termination mail. Terminating process were sending instruction of poor performance asked to attend test. Without examining the results, they directly sent the termination mails. This mail doesn't have accurate reasons for termination. If you wants to work here you should not any commitments as prior.
