You will get terminated just because you work hard. There is no salary increment for years and no career growth here. This company is shit for the employees who work hard and smart at the same time. They just terminate you and say that you have a poor performance but if you check your performance there will be nothing effective likewhat they says. I'm working as online tutor with 1 year experience. its nice place, we have free dinner, cab service to nearby bus stand. We get lots of time to learn and improve ourselves, work is easy and most of the time we getting on training and activities.

Last month they terminated more than 1000 employees without any proper reason. Major issue salary- they already terminated more employees atleast they can provide some more salary for current employees. They played with all the employees. They said 'we were going to give huge appraisal because of that only some employees got terminated so that you can expect more salary'. But they provided 1000 as a appraisal. 😂. Such a huge fraud company. Employees won't get more than 1500 as a appraisal. So don't join this company. Even if you work hard there will be only 100 or 200 salary difference between 3 years employee and a fresher. There is no career growth....Read More

Hardworking tutors are not respected. They treat tutors as pets. With a 9-hour shift the whole day... the tutors are forced to work. Blackmailing is done by seniors and is kept in fear that they will terminate without any notice. I hate the place i work in

The company is a complete mess and you don't have any sort of job security. I was a tutor there for more than 20 months. You won't even a prior day notice if you are terminated. How good or perfect you work, they randomly pick a mass employees and fire them without any prior notice. Better not to get into in.

They will terminate at anytime without any reason. 2000+ tutor get terminated. Even my name was there in list I have left my previous job for this now again have to search for another job. Really a terrible company.
