There is nothing much that we can do about night shift since we're providing tutor sessions for students in the US. But we can assure that all the employees working with us will have growth in their career. Our management is constantly working towards improving the employees' work experience and job satisfaction and our quality assurance division is working closely with our teams to provide a better workspace and work culture.
