Amazing work and technologies. We get to work using some of the latest tools and tech. The company has really transformed over the last couple of years. Super friendly CEO and Directors and everyone in the team is so helpful. The company has a super learning and growth mindset culture. We use the latest tools for remote collaboration like Miro Collaborative Whiteboarding, Screen Casting, Jira, Slack, TeamFlowHQ. The tech is also pretty nice, everything flows via merge requests, we use docker and Kubernetes for CICD and the company follows a nightly build structure, so what you make goes to production instantly. The team uses cutting edge Deep Learning and Machine Learning algorithms and we get to work with Fortune 500 companies from North America and Europe. Meetings are efficient and agenda driven. Work hours are flexible and we have the option of stepping out during the day, so thats really useful.

I think you don't need to change a thing based on the current growth path that the company is on, just continue with what you are doing!

Really Enjoying working in a completely remote and process driven company. Uses the latest technology and processes such as SCRUM, kubernetes . Projects are interesting in the field of AI and bots. Founders are focused on growth of employees and are very approachable.

Hours can stretch a bit but since its work from home its manageable.

As it is a start-up you get to learn a lot in the company and continuous interaction with the CEO to help you a lot, If everything is going fine they are great to work with. If you are freshers it is a great place to start your career.

Dislikes

They don't use the latest libraries and tools which have been using by organizations so we don't get the exposure. They are not that much of Professionals if they had a bad day they will behave badly. If you are an experienced one you will not get to learn a lot.

You get an opportunity to work on latest products in the market. Innovation is really cool in fluid AI.

Dislikes

You never know when you will be fired from the organisation. There is no notice period as such. They will sign a bond so that you can't leave the organisation immediately.
