I get to travel abroad, especially to the Europe & US. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is great but the rate of growth is slow. Work pressure is average. Weekends are holidays, but daily hours could range from 9 to 12 hours which is ok. I do receive appreciation emails from my manager and client. There is no on-job training for freshers. Senior folks or managers train freshers while assigning jobs and that is a pain sometimes.

Long working hours - its in our hand to manage work-life balance. Corporate office is located out of Chennai city, IT corridor which might be distant for daily commute. Employee self-service portals are cumbersome currently. Hope to upgrade to user-friendly websites.
