Good company to learn during the projects. You get many opportunities to learn and grow. Management instructions are very good for employees. ABB has its own brand in market so you get well respect from client. Company offers lumpsum leave's for employees.

...good. Commissioning & servicing engineer life not good. You need to travel more. Salary hike is not good. ABB has not grown in standardization of documents or drawings compared to other companies. Growth system in this company is very slow. Only your salary increases but not your position until you bucket your manager.

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
