Good environment to work. Usually received salary on 2nd or 3rd of month. Management is supportive and take care of your career growth. Employee friendly company . They usually do Friday fun activities . Eight hours of log in hours . Sat Sun Off .

Job Security: Equivalent to govt. Job. if you unable to work, no issue company will pay you on time. Just pass the ball.
