Just the work life balance is good here

It is just not a good organization to work with. The HR here Mr. Rahul Jangda has made a very negative environment in the office. HR is supposed to be the backbone of the company, however he is a very biased man. He reveals each and every employee's salaries to his fellow friends. He will hire you promising you that the company willgive you a hike in 2-3 months, however when you follow up for the same, he will deny it. There is no confidentiality when it comes to HR. He has a good friend circle of 4-5 employees there and he will only get them promoted and if you ask him anything regarding the promotion, he will just say that you're not eligible enough. He will make your lives hell there. He will bully you, taunt you, pass negative comments (specially to girls) in the office. He has no manners and etiquettes. He will destroy your mental peace of mind. If you are looking for a good opportunity where there is mental peace, good office culture and definitely better a *Human Resource Manager* please do not join here.
