Incentive structure is poor, you get paid in peanuts, no motivation for sales person, you get very less salary comparing that with amount of work they ask you to do, You are expected to take follow ups in the morning before 8:00 even if your shift starts at 1:00, and have to take evening followups not in the working hours but after you logout, they make sure you use your personal time for follow ups evening follow up time is 9-11pm even if you're in morning shift ie: 10am to 7:00pm. No work life balance here. They make you work 12hrs a day and have only 1 holiday in a week that's also on Wednesday not on Sunday, also you can't go out with friends or family as everyone else is working. Haven't seen any of my friends its been 3 months. Pip here doesn't mean performance improvement program, it means you're inches away from getting fired. People in top hierarchy don't even know how sales are done, you only get 1 hr break in a day and managers expect you to do calling all day without breaks and if you do you have to tell them why you took 10 min break between calling, i think I don't have to get deeper into it you guys get the idea right?

...idays given in their own holiday calendar, only they care about sales that’s it. They are not hiring dietitian, in-fact they are just hiring labourers at very low salary and now you have to do all the things, sale, counselling, follow ups, getting renewal, referrals etc..it’s better to become free lance and do for your own.

Everything else. Fitelo sales team should first get a m*ntal checkup done on priority basis. Which Indian company asks you to work from 7 in the morning till 10 in the night? These are insane, inhuman working hours. They don't want employees but robots who can work 24x7. Not a single leave is allowed in the first 3 months. What do you do if there's sudden death of a relative, your family member falls sick, you have to attend a wedding or simply take a day off from this hectic schedule? If this was not enough, wait till you hear this. They ask you to keep the camera ON for whatever hours you are working. What a culture! Really adorable And if you don't perform for 1-2 months, you are fired. Join this company for a really great future.

This was the worst place I've ever worked. No proper management, constant salary issues, and unbearable pressure to make sales. My life was completely out of balance. The manager was unhelpful, and the whole team was toxic. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone." * Poor Management: Lack of guidance and support. * Salary Problems: Issues with very low salary and in that they mark as lop (loss of pay)as well * Excessive Pressure: Unrealistic sales targets and constant stress. * Unsupportive Environment: Negative team dynamics and unhelpful manager. * Life-Work Imbalance: More than 12 hours Long working hours and constant pressure impacting personal life.

This job is about making sales, and the diet is not important. Employees must sell INR 100,000 plans and other products each month, which is very stressful. The managers keep changing offers, making it hard for workers and sometimes tricking customers. Some coworkers don’t know how to communicate well and copy what other companies do. During the first month, employees are supposed to train, but HR doesn’t explain how much the salary will be until the end of 30 days. Many people feel frustrated when they only receive 5,000. When they bring up issues, HR gives unclear answers, and the training sessions are not helpful. Overall, the work environment is tough.
