They don’t stay on there commitment’s, on daily bases they execute new rules, Culture is very toxic they don’t value there employees. Use abusive language with employees in team huddle daily.

One of the most disrespectful companies I have worked for is where Sahil Bansal thinks he is running a huge business, but in reality, he is exploiting the skills of the individuals.

Taru Agrawal will soon lead this company to bankruptcy, just as he did with White Hat Jr. He seems to have fake IIM degrees. They even force their employees to work and meet targets in the middle of the night at Fitelo.

No work life balance no satisfaction. Management asks you to work from 7am to 11pm and still mark loss of payment if there is no sale which they will not mention at the time of interview. Even if shortlisted at first round of interview there so much of screening at OJT. Number one Worst company. MAJOR PART IS THEIR PLANS ITSELF FAKE

There is everything to love about Fitelo and it’s been 6 months already that I am working here😇… it’s my first job and I can’t believe it will be that comfortable and enjoyable for me, I am very grateful to my HR, Seniors, and fellow colleagues who are always there to guide me.
