everything, even after achieving 100% of your targets this company treats you like shit and no mental peace, 12 hr shift. while joining they will be very nice and talk about the culture and all but as soon as you complete your training, Satan sits on your head and start talking devil. minimum working hr is 12 and still if your target missed for a day they will mark LWP. inhuman people, inhuman company. Work culture is very Toxic, they want 2 sales daily if you could not achieve your daily targets they will make you sit till 10pm, and your morning starts with watsapp followup to Clients which you have to complete it between 7-8am then there will be a morning meet at around 9.30am the whole day you will have to seat infornt of the camera while keeping your Camera On always, there will be a 30mins Lunch break, with additional 15mins break that you can take anytime, calling should be done till 9pm if you achieve your daily target which they call as DRR, then again you have to send evening watsapp text to clients which they call as eveing followups between 10-11pm, then your day gets over. Toxic work culture, they will ask you to start working before your shift. They are not at all supportive, nothing new to learn. Managers are stupid, most of them don't have any knowledge, they are just working with the company from very long time that's why they have been promoted but they don't have any leadership qualities.
