This job is about making sales, and the diet is not important. Employees must sell INR 100,000 plans and other products each month, which is very stressful. The managers keep changing offers, making it hard for workers and sometimes tricking customers. Some coworkers don’t know how to communicate well and copy what other companies do. During the first month, employees are supposed to train, but HR doesn’t explain how much the salary will be until the end of 30 days. Many people feel frustrated when they only receive 5,000. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
