Fiserv was a great organization to work for. But with First Data take over of Fiserv, there is no trait of the orgatlike earlier Fiserv.

Dislikes

There is a lot of focus on cost cutting. The SMT (SVPs mostly) splurges money on high end hotels and partying and drinking but for associates, there is nothing. The culture is the worst possible. SMT is the worst possible leadership team. There is politics. Even weekend allowance is stopped.

My project is good so the work is a bit satisfying but most projects are not very good .

...d to work for a few hours from home while on leave and be available on weekends. The pay is not competitive, and the hike policy is not favorable, making it essential to negotiate with HR during the offer stage.

Salary and No Work Pressure

Micro management -(firstIn LastOut) Sapience tool where we need to log 8 hrs but for that we need to move the mouse 11 hrs. 8 hrs in office must , no WFH option sudden layoff even if you gave 100% to work (That's what i did : ) No benefits except health insurance

Fiserv used to be a good org but after it's merger with Firstdata it became pathetic day by day.

...of system for a min of 10 -11 hrs Zero job security they just read a script and lay off people Forget about appraisals arnd pay increament A d micromanagement is the essence of this org.
