Salary structure is really good as there are no variable components.

1. Manager oriented working culture. 2. Work on out dated technology and learning experience is terrible. 3. Favorisam over talent reorganisation. 4. Do not have carrier growth, as there is saturation due to less number of opportunities.

Likes

The work culture is good, the workload is neither too high nor too low. Flexible timings and compensation benefits are good. 360 degree feedback is there for managers too. Apart from this since this is a product based company, the job security is always there

Dislikes

The technology used in most of the projects is little old and there are fewer opportunities in terms of onsite.

Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort. 6) No value for efficiency.

Salary is good, rest everything is hell. I would suggest choosing life over money. Life is more important than money.

... you solely on your knowledge of their products, ignoring your technical skills. My advice is to prioritize your mental health and professional life even if the salary is good. Do not join this company. Life is more valuable than money, and freedom is irreplaceable.
