Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

Dislikes

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort. 6) No value for efficiency.

... spoiled a lot. Apart from First data, Fiserv have excellent process and cuture. Go with good package, hikes won’t be good

After merging first data fiserv original culture is getting troubled

Work culture is good. Yes it depends on manager but still it's good here. Management is transparent. Apprisal even in pandemic shows how strong company backing is.

Dislikes

Salary is an industry standard for big companies so is here. All was good before the entry of Sapience which now tracks your every activity. You sometimes feel like being monitored every second. There was a big layoff in 2019 and it seems now this company has a hire and fire policy.

They are providing satisfactory work culture. Night shift allowances given but not for stretching you working hours.

Dislikes

No laptops provided nor any compensation benefit given to maintain work life while working from home. Desktops were delivered at home to make employees work.

...epends on projects I was lucky to get good technologies. In hand salary is good. Salary Structure is good.

Dislikes

Less onsite. Managers and leads are worst ..lot of politics..as most of leads are from 8+ years in fiserv. Since merger with first data loads of micro management due to sapiens tool.
