Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort. 6) No value for efficiency.

... spoiled a lot. Apart from First data, Fiserv have excellent process and cuture. Go with good package, hikes won’t be good

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I was fortunate to work with great team. No overload in terms of work or any kind of weekend support of which I had bitter experience in my last organisation. The company provides great facilities for employees like food and transport. Every team member of automation team is an enthusiast.

... learning session and adequate time offered to familiarise with the framework. * Bonus if worked extra * Regular 1-o-1 with manager. * Active HR involvement * Simplistically handling of issues.

The only perk is its banking domain and you get a mnc tag in your resume. N u get timely salary that's it

Dislikes

Too much of micromanagement. U have sapience on which u need clock 8 hrs for that u need to work atleast 10-11 hrs. The technology stack is very old. U don't get to learn. The managers here are very inefficient. They expect u to b available 24 hrs. They will evn call u at odd hours almost everytime. The brand has lost its goodness. Very less employees will say this is a good company. If possible please don't join
