There are lot of opportunities to learn and grow in your career. Management is very supportive and transparent. Fiserv also introduced the higher education policy in which you can pursue MBA from top B-schools and company reimburses the 50% of the fee as well.

Dislikes

The one thing which I don't like is the yearly bonus is not there in Fiserv. Career growth is bit slow but if one has the capability and enthusiasm, then it is not the barrier. Sometimes long working hours might influence your work life balance.

it use to be transport but it feels like local train now a days due to cut short in number of buses.

No Work life balance, very slow promotion, promotion is based on tenurity and not on talent or performance,

Likes

They are providing satisfactory work culture. Night shift allowances given but not for stretching you working hours.

No laptops provided nor any compensation benefit given to maintain work life while working from home. Desktops were delivered at home to make employees work.

Likes

No micromanagement, good work life balance however that depends upon which department you are working for. Offshore teams are better than teams working for Indian region.

Dislikes

...ry little to no interest in your career development or your skill development. Startin this year 2022 : No Bonus or No Annual Incentives for below Supervisor/Team lead Designation which ideally accounts for 80% of company staff. Hence , its unfair because these are the people to directly work and ensure superior customer service

...ll ask you to work on every second weekend in the name of clients requirement 3: Bank Holidays, Indian Holidays and also Uk Holidays will be asked to work without any compensation or very very less compensation like points or some money 4: No compoffs, No casual Leaves and They will Not allow you to take paid leaves and all leaves will be lapsed at the End of Year.
