My manager and team are very co-operative abd understanding. This is the best team I have worked in 9 years of my total career.

Dislikes

The compensation policy is not satisfying enough. They have a huge chunk of your CTC kept reserved as a performance bonys, which is not even paid 100%. 98% is the highest that I received even after getting a rating equivalent to 4.

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Some time WLB go into toss. Again depends on the project. Generally its like any other product based companies strictly following process

They doesn't cut QIP. Insurance policy is good. Good work life balance

Dislikes

Salary hike. Lot of politics for appraisal. Managers doesn't care about employee. When any issue occurs or release failure, the blaming comes to employee or team. If it successful, then the higher management takes credit.

...under them. when I was serving notice period the manager assigned me a POC task. At the time of performance bonus discussion, for which I was eligible, he did not give me any bonus saying that I did not complete the implementation. This was unfair as it was not possible to implement in one month's time which he was aware of. Later, more than 5-6 month's time was given by him and the TL as part of the implementation plan. I was very disappointed as I had 3 job offers but I chose FIS as it was considered employee friendly company. I will never forget this experience.

...ways Night Shifts No festivals No deepavali bonus and sweets USA based shifts Not getting exact variable pay(which is mentioned in offer letter) amount on every quarter. Senior ppl's will not teach anything about product to juniors. All about the team which you go and that team manager but Company is good.
