Great work life balance, good pay and nice team.

The company always thinking about itself, they implement the rules which they feel easy to implement not for which employees will get benifits, for example you cannot opt out of food charges monthly if you are below sr manager, you cannot get car parking if you are below sr manager, you cannot get meal card to save tax if you are below sr manager, if the company wanted they can ease out and give option to all just that doe them it is easy they are following above rules.

...ake 10 mins to reach office from wakad and there is no traffic on Aundh highway. - hybrid(2 days WFO) -5-8 % annual hike - Appraisal cycle is April-march - office building contains 7 floors, - one canteen, and one outside vender for food - 16-18Lac annual salary for SD-2 - can release candidate before there LWD. but pays till last waking day. - overall it is a good company. Just try to join at good package.

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Some time WLB go into toss. Again depends on the project. Generally its like any other product based companies strictly following process

Management doesn't imposes you to work from office location even though company is following hybrid model.

Compensation is below industry standards. No transportation services provided during regular office hours.

They doesn't cut QIP. Insurance policy is good. Good work life balance

Dislikes

Salary hike. Lot of politics for appraisal. Managers doesn't care about employee. When any issue occurs or release failure, the blaming comes to employee or team. If it successful, then the higher management takes credit.
