Yes I really Like to work at FIS but Job Promotions & Salary hike are not as expected. It's really good for those guys who are joining this organisation with Good Hike & want a stable life ahead. There is a lot of politics at senior level. Senior resources/management do not listen to the resources working on ground. There are some of the senior resources who works only to create unnecessary pressure on team. Notice period is of 75 Days. With recent projects the training is not given to new resources. They are expected to learn the product while working on it.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
