The people working there was helpful and supports you. But if you are experienced then it is good for you and you can learn but as a fresher i will suggest not to join FIS.

When they are hiring candidates they never tell that the payroll company will not be FIS. They hire people and then without any prior information they told that your project is rolled off and you have to go. When they need workforce they will tell you to join on immediate basis and when they can't pay you they will not even thing for a moment and tell you to go.

The tech stack is not on par with cutting edge tech we see these days.In financial industry,it's definitely a drawback since they don't try to adapt to new tech or tools easily.takes time.

Salary offered for freshers is more compared to other service based companies.

Nothing at all. It's not a good organization to work in.

Dislikes

1. Work culture is bad. 2. Compensation is below standard. You will not be paid for your skills and value add. 3. Management is not trust worthy 4. FIS doesn't have a progressive work culture. It is functioning like in stone age. 5. Leadership is old and not futuristic thinking. 6. There is extremely high beaurocracy. 7. You won't get growth opportunity.

That time they give me work from home but now there's no such option so hybrid

They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck
