1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO. For me, it's to difficult to come. I will be happy if someone consider these points and take the action.

Nothing much, Managers act worse than service based companies.

Dislikes

Hikes are given to only managers likeable and others are not even looked at. No standards in packages as well, being a certain exp or certain role doesnt have a standard package.
