FIS has done a good job during COVID times, supporting employees in every manner. There are some good programs which are focussing on employee mental as well as physical health.

Dislikes

Certain projects are not well managed. We work on weekends but there is no compensation-off or extra pay. The expectation is to complete the task anyhow, do it by spending more than 12hrs or by working on weekends. If FIS can monitor such certain projects and start focussing on employee health then it would be very great.

If I get proper salary package then I will like.

1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO. For me, it's to difficult to come. I will be happy if someone consider these points and take the action.

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Some time WLB go into toss. Again depends on the project. Generally its like any other product based companies strictly following process

They doesn't cut QIP. Insurance policy is good. Good work life balance

Dislikes

Salary hike. Lot of politics for appraisal. Managers doesn't care about employee. When any issue occurs or release failure, the blaming comes to employee or team. If it successful, then the higher management takes credit.

...under them. when I was serving notice period the manager assigned me a POC task. At the time of performance bonus discussion, for which I was eligible, he did not give me any bonus saying that I did not complete the implementation. This was unfair as it was not possible to implement in one month's time which he was aware of. Later, more than 5-6 month's time was given by him and the TL as part of the implementation plan. I was very disappointed as I had 3 job offers but I chose FIS as it was considered employee friendly company. I will never forget this experience.
